Repository & Demos

Dev

I wanted to create a repository where I could easily access my AS3 classes when I don’t have access to my machine. So without getting overly complicated in the matter I decided to simply host them on the back of my personal site. I also decided that where I had time I’d upload a working version with variable controls to see how the class could be messed with. The result I hope will be helpful in future projects where I’m away from my mac.

Since I am always studying OOP and learning from others I will undoubtedly upload classes that are not entirely my own. These classes no doubt have proven useful in understanding certain OOP concepts. With these cases I’ll reference the author where possible and even included their link/author name on the package. If for some reason you find you are the author of a class I have uploaded here and wish to contact me you will find my details on the contact page, oh and thank you for your help in my learning!

I’m also hoping that I have time to write a brief tutorial/break down of each class in this Lab section so as I can refresh my understanding of the class, its methods and why those methods work like so. As I’ve been reading a few good OOP books lately no doubt I’ll touch on familiar topics in which case I hope to add/edit/modify existing works just to keep it fresh.
